Tracy loves speaking about her topic of expertise and concern -- how to teach creativity, and ways to overcome the lack of it in schools and workplaces. The impact of the loss of art programs over the past two decades is affecting American productivity and innovation in the new world economy.

EXPERIENCE:
Tracy began teaching school in 1978! She's worked with thousands of students. When art programs were eliminated in elementary schools, she created afterschool art programs for two districts. Tracy has taught art to all types of students in every kind of setting. She produced an award-winning public radio show for five years devoted solely to education, "Making the Grade."
Tracy has taught workshops for adults through state/local education conferences, and college community programs. She served as Chair of the Mayor's Youth Commission for five years in Everett, WA.
